  • Large Executive Conference Room - IntelliSpace Solutions provides a large conference room that seats up to 14 people with a comfortable, professional atmosphere complete with support services for effortless meetings and presentations. This Executive Conference Room has a large window to allow in natural light and has T-1 Internet access, local and long distance calling using a conference phone, a flip chart and a white board. Projection equipment and catering services are also available.
  • Small Executive Meeting Room - This meeting room accommodates 4 people and has an large window overlooking the foyer of the building. This conference room provides T-1 Internet access plus local and long distance calling using a conference phone.
  • Small Meeting Room - This conference room accommodates 4 people and provides T-1 Internet access plus local and long distance calling.

Day Use Offices

  • Fully Furnished Executive Office - IntelliSpace Solutions provides a window office that is furnished with an executive desk, credenza, executive chair and two guest chairs. The office is complete with T-1 Internet access plus local and long distance calling using a conference phone.
  • Fully Furnished Executive Office w/ Computer - IntelliSpace Solutions will provide an office for the day, furnished with an executive desk, credenza, executive chair and two guest chairs. The office is complete with a computer with T-1 Internet access plus local and long distance calling using a conference phone.

Other Services

  • LCD Projector - Use the LCD Projector for meetings and presentations on an as needed basis.
  • Additional Services - IntelliSpace Solutions will also provide customized services to meet your needs.

It is also possible that items on the Detailed List of Services that IntelliSpace Solutions has available for Executive Office Suite customers can be made available on a per use basis for day use customers.
